“Wonderful,” he said, glancing through a nearby assortment of herbs, tea bags and powdered mixes as well as a couple pots of already-brewed teas. ”Is chamomile all right? I have other human brews, some a bit stronger, but I’m not sure if you feel like a nap at the moment,” he gave her a smile.
“Do you feel like talking about whatever’s weighing on your mind? There is no need if you’d rather not. Only if you feel comfortable and it would help. Nothing you say leaves this room, anyway.”
“Chamomile sounds great. With lots of sugar.” She leaned back, massaging her temples with her fingers. “Running a business is hard work. I feel like the risk is outweighing the reward at this point.”
